House Rules-     

No Loaded Weapons in the House!  All weapons brought into the house must be bolt open, action cleared. 

No weapons to be discharged on our grounds without supervision by a Farm representative.  This includes the skeet and rifle ranges.

The farmhouse is a no smoking area, please smoke outside only and responsibly dispose of your cigarette butts.

Have your license purchased and your weapon sighted prior to arrival.

Snack table is stocked and available all day and night for your convenience.

Meals are served three times a day, times vary a bit depending on the hunting.

Computer wi-fi is available at no charge, simply access kingsberyfarms on your wireless networks, there is no password needed.

There is satellite television in the den, help yourself! But please be courteous to other guests when changing channels.  We usually leave the hunting shows on!

Pool table is available at all times, please be considerate of other guests.

 There are no refunds for oversleeping! Please be ready to hunt at the times given to you by your guide

Please bring all trash back with you from the stands.

Do not get out of your stand!  Do not track your deer, do not walk around or still hunt.  Use a visual marker to determine where your deer ran, we will recover your deer.

 We will drop you off and pick you up at your stand.  If you have a problem and need to come out call 985-718-7079 on your cell phone.  If you do not have a phone we do have radios too.
